Hi there

I'm Katherine and I'm 32. (I'm lousy at this kind of mail so please bear with me if I sound like I'm at an AA meeting.) I live in Birmingham "The Original" in England.

I'm a bit stymied when it comes to attempting to grow stuff as I live in a flat with no space to grow a pot plant let alone anything else, and due to the construction of the windows can't even use a window box.

Anyway, I surfed the files but can't find anything immediately obvious to help with the following problems:

a: I have waist length, wavy, thick hair. I also have head lice. I've tried _every_ lotion on the shelf, followed the instructions to the letter and I still have the damn things. I fine comb every two days. I've tried tea tree based shampoo. I've been trying to get rid of them for about 18 months. Help!

My housemate and fiancé both de louse at the same time - not that they ever have any of the stupid things. I've spent a small fortune on this.

I'm starting to think that going bald is an option...but I can't even get a haircut due to health and safety...

b: I get stress related abscess / cyst things. At the moment I can't do anything about the stress in my life - unless someone can get my beloved employed. I have had them under my arms and in my groin area. Right now I have 4 raw weeping things on my private parts, and they keep "healing", building up pus and then bursting and weeping horribly. Due to location putting anything down there is difficult, and they are just not healing. First time this happened I ended up with an abscess the size of a golf ball under my arm which I ended up having drained under a general anaesthetic and took nearly two years to stop oozing gunk. I ended up refusing to have any more antibiotics, because it wasn't a bacterial infection and they were making my gut have troubles. I don't want to go to the doc as he'll just end up giving me more antibiotics.

Anyone got any ideas on stuff I can try either internally or externally?

Many thanks in advance

Hi Kath,

I only joined yesterday, myself, but welcome.(I am in Northumberland)

Headlice really don't like Tansy which you may find growing around

or can get from somewhere like Culpeppers. Alternatively, what I

used to do when my children had them (many years ago now, luckily,

they've not had them since they were in primary school) was this:

3 tblspns Olive oil >

10 drops Tea Tree Oil >

5 drops Rosemary oil >

5 drops Geranium oil >

2 drops peppermint oil > All mixed together in a cup

Wash your hair, squeeze dry and then massage in the above and put on

a shower cap. Leave for half an hour. This stuns any adult lice and

loosens eggs from the hair. BEFORE rinsing, comb your hair with the

lice comb - the lice will only be stunned for a certain amount a

time (can't remember what it is!). Wash your hair with usual

shampoo. It will remain a bit greasy for a couple of days -

improving with each hair wash - but this does help as it stops those

lice attaching their egss so easily. Continue with the combing every

day, twice a day.

This did work for myself and the children (daughter and I have long

hair) and we've never had them since. It was also relatively

pleasant, apart from the greasiness immediately following the

treatment.

As for your other problems - I would urge you to see a qualified

practitioner in whatever your chosen therapy woudl be. Certainly

with the sores " down below " anyone offering advice without properly

diagnosing your problems would be on dodgey legal ground.

I do wish you luck.

Welcome! Kelli gave great advice. Listen to Doc's tape, this will explain so much and give you the healing spring board you really need. You should then do the total body cleanse, in the files is the info, and change diet & excercise as needed.

God Bless,

A certain some one I know (me) put baby oil in their hair when they were

little and couldn't get it to come out. What works is putting shampoo in

your hair while it's dry. Once your hair is wet, the oils are hard to wash

off.

Hi Katherine,

Welcome!! Glad to have you as part of the group!

I'm sorry, but I have no advice on the head lice, although I think Anji gave you some good info there.

On the other topic, at the risk of being on dodgey legal ground (LOL!) it strikes me that the sores you mention are all along the lymph node system. There are many things you can do to clean up your system, and I highly recommend the total body cleanse, but in the meantime a 3 day juice fast could be of great benefit. (Look in the files under Dr Christopher for the info.) I also recommend that you request Doc's free tape (you can do this from www.academyofnaturalhealing.com) and once you've listened to it, call him for his free consultation.

If you were to post some info on your diet and exercise habits, we could all give advice on what might be contributing to your situation in the meantime. This group has become quite proficient at that! LOL!!

p.s....

how about some Total Tonic ASAP. this is easy to make and can go a

long way to helping any kind of parasite or virus in your system.

I'd toss in some Panther Piss too. Both recipes are in the files and

are what i think the 2 easiest formulas to make a take.

I made some panther piss a few days ago and am still too chicken to try it.

It's a good decoration in my cabinet, though!

Oh girl, go for it!! It is so much better than the Total Nutrition, in my book, which you've already gotten used to! It took months before I had the guts to try it also, but once I tasted it I found it hard to limit myself to the 1 tablespoon at a time!! :)Kelli

P.S. I prefer mine cold and keep it in the refrig. :)
