I havent even been drinkin coffee because i wont take it black and i dont like it with almond milk. I went from 1 cup daily down to one cup a week. My mom made us kids have a large glass of milk with dinner every evening. Couldn't leave the table until we finished drinking it. I hated it! I'd gulp it down as fast as I could then eat my dinner to wash the taste out of my mouth! Now, cheese, butter, and ice cream, that's a different story!!!
