Guest guest
Hi guys... I am making ginger tea right now as I seem to be coming down with something myself now...grrr...anyway...the way I feel...and the fact that it is in the upper 90's outside are not indicitive of drinking a hot beverage. Can I drink this cold? Also...if I make the tea in 2 cups of water and dilute it to 6 cups will it still have the same effects or would it be better to just make the 6 cups? Thanks in advance...you guys have truly changed my life...I have so many new thoughts in my head and new ideas on how to do things now...it is just tremendous!! Guest guest
Hi Caroline, I hope you didn't come down with that cold and that you're feeling better now. If you're still fighting it, I would recommend doing the tea hot and sit in a hot bath if you can while you drink it. I know the weather doesn't make that seem like a fun thing to do, but creating that "false fever" in your body will help to fight off the baddies that want to make you sick right now.
