I had a great win using it for an abcess on one of my kitties a few years ago. He had a big and deep abcess on his back and we did Mullien compresses every couple of hours . Hard to get a kitty to sit still so you gotta know that it was only on the abcess for seconds at a time. Within about 12 hours it had reduced in size by 50 percent .In 24 hours we could not find it anymore ! The vet said it could not be handled without antibiotics ! HAH !....Mary O - Caroline herbal_Remedies Saturday, June 05, 2004 2:31 PM Herbal Remedies - Mullein I take my son to the local Books A Million on Saturdays for a two hour Yu Gi Oh fest...lol...and while I am there I sit with my notebook and go through books and magazines while making notes. That is great about your kitty...I will have to keep that in mind with my bunch...I have one who has these sores on her neck I have been trying to get rid of and maybe I'll try the mullien compress! Guest guest
I think she will hold still for me for a little while at least. She is my littlest of kitties...so tiny that people often come over and ask if she is a kitten...she is half the size of my other cats...two of which are her brothers...and she hides from the other cats most of the time...I figure it is because of her sores...since cats are so territorial and it is very much survival of the fittest and being that she is not fit...the others like to bother her...which is why I want to get her better...so she can come out and beat the tar out of the boys!! lol Caroline - Ostrowski herbal remedies Sunday, June 06, 2004 1:47 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Mullein/ Caroline Caroline...Cool .
