Guest guest
Hi Amber- Sorry about the delayed reply. I do not believe it would work to repair the cartilage problem although there is bound to be some resulting muscle pain from favoring the injury or otherwise adjusting to accomodate your injury. It would help with that. Christine www.skc-mt.com I'm glad you posted this Christine. Would this technique work on someone with torn or missing cartilege? ~Amber
Guest guest
Hi Merinda, Isn't Kunzea delightful. I just love the smell of it. Virginia West Aussie A great analgesic is Kunzia ambigua and Australian sandalwood. I tend to do 75% to 25% as Kuzia is cheaper than the sandalwood and I still get agreat result. Guest guest
i increased my exercising last year, and in Nov., I started having knee pain. The pain is on the outside of the knee. I cut down, and just walked. Previously, I was doing interval walking at high paces, and the firm workout dvds. Now, any type of mild dancing, brings back the knee pain. Even certain, low heeled shoes bring it on. Any advice beside seeing the doctor- thanks
Guest guest
I suggest trans dermal magnesium oil. I use this on my knees for pain and it stops the pain. In fact, if I use it every day, I don't get the pain. I have no idea what is wrong with my knees. Guest guest
Acupuncture is the best. Running is the worst thing I ever did to my body, btw. Try a cayenee topical. Like mix some cayenne in with some DMSO and coconut oil or something. ONLY USE A LITTLE. It's hot. You could also try Yan Hu Suo. I'd get acupuncture, though. Best thing for knees. Take up something low impact but high reward, like QiGong. Pain=local qi and blood stagnation. - " doglover894 " <doglover894 Saturday, May 16, 2009 6:26 AM knee pain >i increased my exercising last year, and in Nov., I started having knee >pain. Guest guest
Hi. Please mention your age. Sometimes the age factor is also a reason for joints & knee pain. If age is more, the doctor suggests to increase the dose of calcium & vitamin D. It happened in my case so. Take care " The tree that has the most fruits is the tree that bends to the ground.
