Guest guest
I am concerned over the recent change to what was always my perfectly normal blood pressure to now having high blood pressure. I just don't understand this because I have always had good blood pressure. I am a person who does not like treating a symptom without finding the cause of the problem but this does concern me so I think I will see my Dr and organise for medication to control it while I investigate the possible causes. Would anyone here know of any major reasons for the change? And no I am NOT stressed ( but I will be if this high blood pressure continues). Yes I am over-weight (about 20lbs or so) at the moment but am taking steps to correct that as well, and I am active, on the go all day - gardening, walking, at work etc. Only time I really stop is of an even when i sit down to watch TV before going to bed. I FEEL great! Which is why I just can't understand the change in my blood pressure. Hoping someone can give me some thoughts or ideas I could act upon to control this problem. cheers Lyndall
