I would like to hear input on this, too, if anyone would care to comment.

Thanks,

Sheila

About 6 years or so ago I had a partial hysterectomy. Thinking I was

going to have to take HRTs I started doing research. I knew then that

I was not going to take any chemically created drugs for any reason.

So, I started researching Plant-based HRTs. Surprisingly, there are

quite a few out there. With a total, I recommend the HRTs...plant-

based of course. Your body will recognize it a heck of a lot quicker

than the chemically created drugs or in the case of the Premarin

lots...animal based.

This is just my opinion, take it or leave it.

Peace!

Hey Sheila

I found that the Puruvian root ~mecca~ helps ALOT!!! I also use

yoga and meditation!! I didn't have an hysterectomy but I had a

surgery that caused me menopausal symptoms. Currently I am fine but

during the time I tried different things and the yoga, meditation

and Mecca were the things that calmed my body down. Night sweats

disappeared after five days and hot flashes calmed after about 1 1/2

weeks. And the mood swings those wonderful mood swings calmed after

about 2 weeks. All though I have to say they didn't go away ha ha

PLease research this root and find a pure form. Your body, as you

know doesn't need any extra junk from a supplement. The best to

you, Susan herbal remedies , srp
