Guest guest
There is a short video on you tube that shows some exercises. They are very simple and take only a few minutes. I have used them with success and so have some of my friends. It takes some time for the vertigo to clear, but do the execise every day. I haven't found any meds that work unless your synptoms are caused by fluid in the inner ear, then u need to go to a doctor. ~Andy --- On Thu, 4/23/09, SuppyZ <SuppyZ wrote: SuppyZ <SuppyZ virtigo Thursday, April 23, 2009, 8:32 AM I am having a bod time with this virtigo.? i have tried ginger and cannot seem to clear these cob webs i have in my head.? dr wants me to take some med's for it, but...wanted to try something different.?? i tried to look up those exercises that i was told about but couldn't find them.? just that they are there and you can buy some kind of cd that will show you how...can anyone tell me any tried and true remedies?? this has been a week now.? the bed ridden days are over but this funk seems to be looming over me . thanks sue
Guest guest
Could be internal wind. Could be yang qi or spleen qi deficiency. Hard to say without examining you. - <SuppyZ Thursday, April 23, 2009 5:32 AM virtigo >I am having a bod time with this virtigo.? i have tried ginger and cannot >seem to clear these cob webs i have in my head.? dr wants me to take some >med's for it, but...wanted to try something different.?? i tried to look up >those exercises that i was told about but couldn't find them.? just that >they are there and you can buy some kind of cd that will show you how...can >anyone tell me any tried and true remedies?? this has been a week now.? the >bed ridden days are over but this funk seems to be looming over me . > thanks > sue > > >

Guest guest
What exercises are you referring to? If you have the type of 'vertigo' that comes from having BPV (also referred to as " ear rocks " ) then there are some exercises that can be effective in 'moving' the ear rocks position to relieve the symtoms. BPV is 'benign postional vertigo'. It occurs from a sudden change of position.
