could any one tell me if eating canned goods 'feeds' candidas? I have been

told both and have been scared to try canned as the systemic candidas is

taking me for a rough ride. I have multiple food allergies and do not eat

yeast, sugar or fermented things (among a ton of other foods/additives).

thanks

If you have multiple food sensitivities and candida, you should avoid canned

food, since so much of it has preservatives and added sugar.

Opt for the freshest you can get. If you can¹t get fresh, go for frozen. The

canning process also involves heating to the point where many/most nutrients

are lost.

Also never microwave fruits or veggies. The microwave destroys most of the

nutrients.

Hope this helps,
