Guest guest
Ok, I was frying a burger yesterday, even though I'm trying to eat healthier, but the grease popped and a droplet of flying burning grease went right into my eye! It hasn't been TOO bad, but it's still uncomfortable. Anybody gots some tips for a burned eye!?
Guest guest
Eyebright is a western herb that is for any irritation in the eye. It is cooling and therefore will not aggravate the burn. You can find it in most health food stores. Loose is the best but if you can only find teabags that's fine, Just use about four bags to 1/2 cup boiling water so it is a very dark tea. Let it cool and rinse with an eye cup. German Chamomile is also very soothing and cooling. Boil a pot of water and put five drops of german chamomile on top of the water. Put a towel over your head and open the eye over the steam. Do not make it uncomfortable, if you need to release some of the steam open up the towel a bit. This will clear the heat as well as soothe the burn and move out any stagnation that may remain from the burn. Good Luck, Regina ************** A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. Guest guest
if you have any honey, I would suggest you put a drop in the eye once a day - honey is very healing. - Mercurius Trismegistus Cc: rife-list ; hfnetwork ; herbal remedies ; electroherbalism ; DrClark ; Chinese Traditional Medicine ; Beck-n-stuff ; AlternativeMedicineFromMotherNature Tuesday, April 21, 2009 3:49 AM Burnt Eye Ok, I was frying a burger yesterday, even though I'm trying to eat healthier, but the grease popped and a droplet of flying burning grease went right into my eye! Guest guest
You can cut the stem off of an aloe plant and squeeze a drip into your eye too -- don't use store bought aloe though. However, I would check with your doctor, in any case, to rule out damage to your cornea first. , " Judy " <mamacat70 wrote: > > if you have any honey, I would suggest you put a drop in the eye once a day - honey is very healing. > > - > Mercurius Trismegistus > > Cc: rife-list ; hfnetwork ; herbal remedies ; electroherbalism ; DrClark ; Chinese Traditional Medicine ; Beck-n-stuff ; AlternativeMedicineFromMotherNature > Tuesday, April 21, 2009 3:49 AM > Burnt Eye > > > > > > Ok, I was frying a burger yesterday, even though I'm trying to eat healthier, but the grease popped and a droplet of flying burning grease went right into my eye! > It hasn't been TOO bad, but it's still uncomfortable.
