Guest guest Posted April 15, 2009 Report Share Posted April 15, 2009 I take calcium supplements, and without fail 1-4 hours after taking if I urinate my urine is cloudy. This 'completely' disappears if I quit taking the supplements (calcium w/ D and mag). My question; does mean I'm 'excreting' calcium? I hate to think I'm wasting the taking of calcium supplements if I " m simply 'peeing' it out and absorbing it. Thanks in advance.
