Guest guest Posted April 11, 2009 Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 hi, i have read two different views on eating oats, the last says no as it has high glyclemic index like sugar, gluten grains, wheat, rye, barley, spelt, kamet, and triticale, haven't heard oof the last 3. i eat oats every day, now i'm not sure whether to have them or not, i've cut out all fruit, carrots. i've stocked up on vegies, no starchy vegies like potato. eggs, tuna, herbal teas. does anyone know about oats please? i suppose i can eat rice for breakfast, not very appealing though.
