Could anyone help me? There's fluid in my right knee, fell on it and didn't

check on it. Big mistake. The doctors that I've seen said there is nothing to

worry about, it will work itself out with time. In the mean while, in pain and

have to stand on my feet for 8 hours. Will take any suggestions.  Thank You Very

Much!   Trying Too Stay Out Of Pain

Acupuncture would be the best, if you can get it. Find someone who also

does herbs. Maybe they can give you Yan Hu Suo or something.

Ice, ice, ice!

If you possibly can, keep a gel ice pack in the freezer and put it on your

knee 10 minutes of every hour. If that is not possible, you can buy some of

those icy hot packs which will be better than nothing. Also, stay off it and

elevate it as much as you can when you¹re not working.

Natural anti-inflammatories like curcumin, ginger and cat¹s claw can also

give you relief. They work like NSAIDS like ibuprofen, Tylenol or Aleve to

relieve pain and inflammation without the side effects.

Arnica gel applied externally can be very helpful in the earliest stages,

but it probably won¹t be very effective a few days after the injury.

It¹s shocking that your doc didn¹t tell you to ice and elevate. That has

been standard medical procedure even amount conventional docs 40-50 years.

Hope you feel better fast.
