Guest guest
Tonify spleen qi. Spleen qi not only promotes digestion, but functions to hold organs and tissues in place, blood in the vessels, etc. Peppermint tea. Alfalfa sprout, carrots, cauliflower, celery, green beans, ganoderma mushroom, potato (in moderation,) spinach, yam, cherry, red and black dates, red grape, hawthorn, orange, papaya, persimmon, corn meal, oats, brown rice, peanut, peas, beef, chicken, fish and honey. There are some great herbs and acupuncture points, but this is something you can do on your own. Do this too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-R3m0g1H4LE QiGong: Spleen - " judyselzer " <sagebrush Monday, March 30, 2009 6:34 AM Hiatal Hernia > Any info on Hiatal Hernia would be apprciated. > >
