Guest guest
Christine, You can very easily avoid wheat. I didn't know about nickel, I guess that would be harder to get away from. Allergies are caused by particles of foreign substances making their way into the bloodstream. The body attacks them like they would attack a virus or unfriendly bacteria. Plant-based enzymes, when taken with meals, break down food or other substances in the stomach before it makes it to the small intestine where it can enter the bloodstream. However - if taken on an empty stomach, the enzymes will go into the bloodstream and " eat up " the foreign particles so the body doesn't have to (that cause the allergic reactions). Add healing foods (lots of fresh, organic if possible, raw fruits and veggies), probiotics, antioxidants (free radical scavengers), eliminate trigger foods (sugar, wheat, diary), drink ½ gal. of pure water every day (not tap water - avoid chlorine and fluoride). A few points about the supplements I mentioned: Check to make sure your plant-based enzymes are active – open up the capsule, or crush it, and stir it into already made pudding. It should liquefy the pudding in a couple minutes. If it doesn't, then the enzymes won't work in your body either. If the enzymes have a whole food microblended into them, then they should work (because the food will supply the minerals that enzymes need to work). Probiotics should also have a whole food microblended into them, as the whole food will act as a PREbiotic and feed the PRObiotics so they can multiply extensively and rapidly. Antioxidants - make sure they are " whole food " antioxidants (not the isolated/synthetic vitamins A, C, and E). Your body wants food - not synthetic junk. Many people have hayfever in the spring that can be worsened or caused by underlying allergies to nickel and wheat. Obviously, avoiding wheat and nickel isn'r really practical in our society, because they are both in many common foods and personal items (glasses, zippers, clothing fasteners, etc.). > > Thanks, > > Christine >
Guest guest
When you say isolated/synthetic vitamins, is that the same as buying vitamins from the vitamin store? thanks, Genevive
Guest guest
Hi Christine- I eliminated all of my allergies with NAET and TBM, both non-invasive energy medicine techniques. They work amazingly. Allergies are totally gone, no need to supplements, herbs, etc. I saw an AK Chiropractor/Naturopath but other types of practitioners do this as well. If the allergies are emotionally based rather than physical, then BEST or EFT can address that, which are also wonderful and effective energy medicine techniques. To find practitioners: NAET- http://www.naet.com/rs/drnamerica.html TBM - http://www.tbmseminars.com/x_referral_list.asp BEST- http://www.morter.com/practitioner.php EFT - http://www.emofree.com/Practitioners/referralMain.aspx Good luck! Guest guest
Yes, pretty much - most vitamin/mineral supplements are all isolated substances. You can tell because of the % of daily value that it offers - like 200% of vitamin C, 300% of thiamin, 200% of vitamin E, etc. Your body doesn't even identify with this fake stuff - you end up with expensive pee, because your body wants anything artificial out as quickly as possible. And if the ingredient list is more than one word, it usually means that it's made from isolated and synthetic stuff. Guest guest
P.S. Hi- Neglected to add that doing energy medicine alone but continuing to live an unhealthy life style (eating poorly-pesticide, chemical, preservative-laden food, smoking, drinking excessive alcohol, using chemicals in the home, on the lawn, in the body cannot guarantee lasting results with allergy clearings. BTW, not implying you're doing any of this!...but just saying in general.. You've got to clean up your diet and life (and mind for that matter of negative thinking) overall for energy medicine to work sustainably. At least that is what I've seen. Be well, Janet Christine- > > I eliminated all of my allergies with NAET and TBM, both non-invasive energy medicine techniques. They work amazingly.
