I do not take any over the counter medications whatsoever. Yesterday was a tough one with a strong fever, but as usual, it passes with time. This cough , though, does cause a good bit of pain. I am getting out a good amount of Flem, so it is productive. Lemon Juice? Honey? I have not been sick in 3 years since I went 'basically' with the theory of natural hygiene. Guest guest Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 Hi, 1)I had recieved a mail saying if you have even very bad cough & are unable to sleep...You just rub vicks vaporub below your feet & wear socks while sleeping...you will not have cough & will sleep peacefully 2)peel ginger at least 2 " piece & take out the juice ( you can grate it & sieve from a fine cloth) mix it with a tea spoon of honey... & have it..it gives relief from cough..May be you have to take 3-4 times depending upon your condition.
