Guest guest
Hello, When using apple cider vinegar, it should always be diluted with water and then you should rinse your mouth. Otherwise, you can get acid burns and erode the enamel on your teeth. The dosage is 2 tablespoons if you wish to lower your blood sugar, and 1 teaspoon if you are following Dr. Jarvis's suggestions.
