I for one know that I do not absorb pill formed vitamins or minerals well at

all. Has anyone used liquid form of vitamin/mineral supplementation and if so

how are the results from using it? Does anyone know of a good liquid

vitamin/mineral supplement to use? I have to avoid wheat, rye, barley, oats- so

Whole foods- brand is out for me. Any other suggestions would be great.

Thanks

Penny

Penny,

There are many liquid vitamin/mineral mixes on the market, some other people may

have their own favorites. What I use is bulk powdered AFA, the world's most

complete food. Put a teaspoon of powder in a glass jar with a lid, shake and

gulp it down. It works for me and it is so much cheaper than getting it in

capsules. And I don't have to worry about vitamin this and mineral that. It is

all in there, in perfect proportion, in a form my body can recognize as FOOD.

Bonus for someone like yourself: AFA has been proven to be helpful for leaky gut

syndrome.

These days I get good quality and economy here.

Penny,

Try a product called ECN. It has over 160 nutrients and it is liquid

and tastes great! You can get it at my website.
