I never pay much attention to supplements, but I just finished to read a book about melatonin written by 2 scientists and I wonder if perhaps it can help me with my profound sleep disorder and the ovarian cysts. I also wonder if it can add years to my dog as the book states and can assist my mother's health and make her feel younger. Please, if anyone has something to share, I'll appreciate it.
