Guest guest
hi doglover- Is this from anxiety, like due to fear of a dental procedure referenced in your last post? If so, Bach Rescue Remedy or other single Bach Remedies can help. Look at the descriptions and see which matches your feelings best. (you can buy these in local health food stores) Australian Bush Flower Essences- Calm and Clear also very good. (you can only buy these on-line) To cure it as a chronic issue, I'd consult with either a classical homeopathic or an A.K. (applied kinesiology) Chiropractor/Naturopath. Energy medicine techniques such as B.E.S.T. and E.F.T. would also be very useful in untangling the emotions contributing to the symptom. Good luck- Janet " doglover894 " <doglover894 wrote: anything besides deep breathing to slow a fast heartbeat? Any supplements- thanks in advance. Guest guest
You can try this Bowen Therapy move on yourself. Get your right hand and place three fingers under your arm in line with your chest, drag the skin slightly towards your chest and then roll it towards your back. Then do the other side with your left hand. The point where you do this move is often quite sore. It helps lower blood pressure and helps you to relax. You also might be overbreathing, so be aware of your breath and breath in...wait for a while and then breath out...wait for a while, then repeat. All the best Diana Moore www.bowentherapy.homestead.com
Guest guest
Magnesium deficiency is the main cause of irregular heartbeat. If the heart beats more than 100 beats per minute (too fast) or less than 60 beats per minute (too slow), this is considered an irregular heartbeat. Water-soluble magnesium has been found to act quickly in normalizing and stopping irregular heartbeat. A daily intake of magnesium will act as a preventative. I buy mine in a powder form,, from any health food (vitamin) store. Co enzyme Q10 100mg its very helpful too. , " doglover894 " <doglover894 wrote: > > anything besides deep breathing to slow a fast heartbeat?
