Guest guest
I wasn't aware that dr.s 'advised' birth control after c-sections. I had four c-sections and do know dr.s are concerned after repeated c-sections due to the risk of rupture is subsequent pregnancies. Guest guest
Hi, I am due in July and since I had a c section with my last baby he is highly suggesting another c section. I myself am planning on a home birth regardless. I know I can do it and I don't need to be scared from all the BS hospitals put out about VBACS I have been doing a lot of research and if things get bad I will go to the hospital at that time. My doctor is also pushing a tubal fix on me since I am close to 40 but I am only 37 I told him.. Anyhow.. I dislike Western Medicine to say the least.. I was thinking the same thing. I don't want anymore children after this one and was wondering if the tubal is the right way to go.. Suggestions?
Guest guest
Decisions of this magnitude are completely personal in my opinion and must be made after considerate studying of the pros and cons with your partner. By asking I feel you have some doubts and need to put more thought into the idea of a home birth. You need to be careful that you are not influenced by outside agendas or your negative feeling towards conventional medicine. This decision is not yours alone to make it must also reflect the needs of the child you will bring into this world. Best wishes for this happy event. Guest guest
I don't know where you live, but I have 3 children, all home births.? 2 were legal home births in Illinois (with a doctor)?and one illegal in NJ (midwife came from PA)? ?I would not have survived in the hospital as I knew that many unnecessary procedures were done in the hospital.? Do what is in your heart and mind and you will do better in delivering your precious one.? Guest guest
Regarding tubal ligation: if you're not sure, " DON'T " .... In my area where I live, the hospital enviroment 'with' a mid-wife is very nice and home birth like...but with the closeness of medical technologiy if needed. --- On Fri, 2/27/09, Wani <jocanas wrote: Wani <jocanas Re:Caesarean Section Friday, February 27, 2009, 1:19 PM Hi, I am due in July and since I had a c section with my last baby he is highly suggesting another c section. Guest guest
I wonder if this has any link to the placenta growing on the out of the uterus or links to the placenta growing on other organs. What if the egg was to implant on the fresh cut or what if the uterus was too week to sustain a pregnancy before the body had time to recoup. This is just what comes to my mind. A theory if you will. I know what you are looking for is evidence based. Maybe ICAN group can help you.
