Guest guest
this information was very helpful. prior to my diagnosis i did see an acupuncturist for what i thought was perimenopausal symptoms. and i did feel more energized after a session. i believe i will go back and see him as he has ms patients also. now that i have a clear cut diagnosis treatment should be more sucessful. i take most of the supplements and vitamins you mentioned. and i do water aerobics two hours/three times a week. plus the walking and the weight/strength training. since starting the copaxone i have gained fifteen pounds and no it isn't muscle. i have read some other posts on copaxone and this seems to be a side effect that isn't mentioned. i see my doctor soon and i will finish the months supply of copaxone. thanks for your post you have been most helpful. if you have any other info on going off the medicine or anything in general about ms please feel free to update me either thru here or my email address personally... thanks again annie
