meningococcal shot (menaccra)....

Hi, My brother was wondering what this shot is for and if it's safe?

I know it's for menegitis, but he want's to know about it's safety.

After the scare of the gardasil shot he's checking into all his

daughters vaccines. Any info would be great. Thanks, Genevive
