Guest guest
Dear Andrew, A question for you, after reading your excellent article on metabolism activating foods. I like green tea, and my metabolism can use all the boosting it can get. But green tea gives me a dry mouth. Apart from the unpleasant feeling, does this mean it is not good for me? Does dry mouth after green tea mean something? I have no problem with it otherwise. Thanks! Ien in the Kootenays, lazy in winter but will be working my butt off as soon as the snow goes http://freegreenliving.com (blog) http://wildwholefoods.net (brain food)
