Bed shaking

It feels like my bed is shaking under me, though I don't hear a thing

and it isn't actually moving. This is felt by me & my husband who

share the bed.

Right before I fall asleep, when I'm laying down in my bed, I'll feel

like there's an earthquake. Not a big one. But SOMETHING. What's going

on?

The shaking happens infrequently. Like 5 times a year. But still, it's

a little unsettling. It's like little shaking. Is it something serious

or is this something unusual ? I also get the hypnic jerk things and

this isn't it but it's different from that. I feel it more in my

upper portion of the body.

Thanks

I wonder if this is the same thing that goes on with me sometimes. I

know it's not the bed shaking, and my body isn't actually shaking, but

it just feels sort of like my insides are slowly quivering. Very

feeble-making, and I worry about things like beginning stages of

Parkinson's or something. Or maybe it's heart palpitations, or ??

Usually happens upon waking in the morning, or sometimes in the middle

of the night, and then I feel really weak.

--- i could think f a few things this could be

spirit influence

low frequency vibrations

source though that could take some finding

We had a lot of shaking but come to find out it is when the train goes by

about 1/4 a mile up the road. Sometimes we can hear or fell some trains more

then others. Just a thought.

It happens to me that sometimes everything seems to be shaking and the next day

I hear about an earthquake somewhere.

I suggest that the next time you experience some shaking, check the news the

following days just in case.

I too have this happen sometimes a few times a week sometimes not for

awhile but I belive what Sylvia Brown and some others like her say..its

our bodys way of relaxing to get ready for astral travel while we

sleep...we go out of our bodies and come back in..Just ask God or your

higher power to let you go out and come in gentle....but ive come to

accept the shaking and funny but when we had an earthquake last year

4am I new the difference in my bed between that and what I ususally

experience...I really think its our bodies way of shaking off the

stress of the day....but it does not scare me like it once

did....BonnieW

Hi,

Even I have a strong feeling that it could be a spirit influence or

a low frequency vibration and not related to any other disesae like

palpitation or parkinson as suggested by others.

But the problem is still unresolved. Please suggest. We are having

sleepless nights. And want to resolve the problem

Thanks

Hi kmbg-

This has a spirits feel to me too. You can try Smudging. (burning sage

and asking the spirits to leave.)

Place some dried sage in a metal bowl. Light it with a match. The

herbs should smoulder but if not, just blow out the flame. Using a

feather or your hand, start in the west corner of each room. As you

fan the smoke to each corner of the room say a prayer for protection

of the house or simply say " I fill this home with love and light. "

Repeat in every room of the house. You may even do this outside in

each corner of your yard.

You can also say, esp in the bedroom, " Spirits, this is not your home.

Please go to your good elsewhere. " And " Spirits, please go to the

light. "

Additionally, if you believe in these aspects, you can enlist the aid

of your Spirit Guides or Angels to help guide these lost entities to

the light. Just meditate, connect and ask.

If this doesn't work, I'd bring in someone who does space clearings,

often a medium, clairvoyent, or psychic. I will add that I thought

this was all hooey until something similar was happening in my house.

And the smudging removed the problem.

Good luck!
