LOA and innocent children/babies and people

Not quite a healing ? but hopefully someone here does LOA ( law of

attraction ).

 

I am really struggling with LOA and the abuse of children/ and unborn

babies. As well as innocent adults who gt cancer, raped, murdered and

other horrible events happen to them.

 

I can't wrap my brain around that they really attracted such an event

to themselves. Can someone please explain this to me?
