Guest guest
Hello all, I’m looking for an amino acids supplement in which it would provide the RDA amount easily (and perhaps effortlessly…haha). I currently have an Amino Acids in tablet form but they’re horse pills and as I’ve been reading the label in more detail I think I’d have to take 9 or 12 a day in order to satisfy the RDA. I’d prefer a liquid since it’d be so much easier to accomplish the ingestion…and I remember one about 15 years ago where I bought one and actually felt “great” when I was taking it. Of course at that time, I was younger and naïve and didn’t write it down (nor can I remember) and I couldn’t afford its price at the time so I stopped taking it. Knowing that I need this – could any of you enlighten me as to what you may be taking/using, in what form (liquid, tablet, powder, etc.) approximate cost, where I can purchase it AND if it’s helped you?!??! Thank you… Lisa
Guest guest
Hello Lisa, I think it would depend on what you need, Just like me I had to removed plaque from my arteries that's why I am taking L-Lysine, L proline and sodium ascorbate, the nutrients I just mentioned are actually components of collagen, which holds your cells, imagine yourself lacking of it, the repair of your deteriorating body would take time to heal, so we develope many signs of aging such as wrinkle, weaken cartilage pains etc.. it also protect you from cancer since the ingredients above stops metastasis. Of course there are lots of good amino acids for other concerns., I hope you can visit my blog: http://berniecrosstonque.blogspot.com iherb is offering competitive prices on nutritional supplements, you may use my referral code: NAR992 if you purchase items with the code you will be discounted of US$5 per item.
