any suggestions for a high heart rate would be welcomed

 

today resting rate is 110 at lowest

 

usually in the mid to high 80s

 

minor exercise can have it over 140 - I mean walking....

Not sure my son who is 15 finally had to go on meds because his would go to 300.

When it get to high we have to put ice on his face to shock it back to beating

normally. His heart use to also stop, just got a pace maker a while back.

Lucile Check your water input and electrolytes (magnesium, calcium,

potassium and sodium) If they are OK you must visit an MD at once to

learn what is wrong and then you may correct it using natural means.

some blood work yesterday and see doc Monday...

 

aggravating = hate pills....

 

on the BP side of things - the garlic does better than BP meds...
