Guest guest
Winter is the time when we are closed up inside and don't get enough time to release the toxins that reside in our bodies. We have the opportunity each winter to rest, as nature designed, or continue at the same pace. When we continue with the same pace we are subjecting our bodies to overload and thus the possibility of coming down with some bug like thing. One of the first signs of a bug is the sore throat. If you can resolve a sore throat and its culprits soon enough you can avoid getting a full blown cold or flu. A few tried and true tips to stop the sore throat before it stops you: Pay attention to the symptom as sign to take action. This step is often overlooked and the most critical in the formula. Drink warm water with fresh squeezed lemon juice tree times a day. If you are brave enough add a bit of chili powder or cayenne pepper and honey. This will begin to break down the active bug and carry it out of your system. Gargle with salt and water. A newly discovered mineral that can be sprayed on your throat works like a charm. It's Magnesium Oil Spray. Spray it on the neck liberally before bed. It's a bit itchy feeling on the skin but works wonders. This spray works wonders on many other physical issues and this is one where it works very quickly. Pop your pillow in the dryer for 20 minutes to ensure that you've cleared out any dust mites or old energy. Get an extra hour or two of rest each day until it's gone. Lastly, take a bath with two pounds of salt. Yes two pounds is correct as just a little salt isn't enough to help clear the energy that caused the issue in the first place. Remember, sore throats are often as a result of holding something in or suppressing something that needs to be expressed. Be gentle on yourself and share what has been bothering you.
