I bumped the back of my calf on the corner of a booth while dining out

one day. It doesn't sound too bad but boy did that really hurt. I must

have hit it just right. Yikes. Just a freak thing and wham-o! It had a

big bruise for awhile but after three weeks, there's a lump in that

area. Could this be a broken blood vessel? There's no more bruise or

anything there anymore...just this weird lump. I'm hoping it's nothing

serious and would I even know if it's a blood clot?

I'll give the doctor a call on Monday but just curious as to what may

have caused this and if it's reason for concern.

Thanks!

Hi its just where the blood is still clearing from the area  it  may tke a few

weeks longer  .Apply a warm cloth to it a few times a day to help improve

circulation in thr area of lump .
