Guest guest
With regards to the inconsistant bp, It was explained to me once that High BP is a result of allergies and OR plaque buildup - an allergic reaction in the blood causes the arteries to swell and narrow which causes a constriction. The allergies also known as metabolic antagonists and they are manifested as a result of a nutritional deficiency! This is really a very in-depth topic, so an example would be if you were deficient in potassium, you may have a dairy allergy. By checking your bp at different times of the day and making note of your dietary and supplements intake might give you some insite on what is going on with your high blood pressure. Have you looked into using Apple Cider Vinegar? My husband has had excellent results controlling his pressure using ACV. He also added red yest rice as a supplement. Interestingly ACV is also using in combating allergies. My husband also discovered his blood pressure was high after working extended hours and a lack of sleep. Most of our society is deficient in minerals. Magnesium is important because it can help break down cholesterol and calcium deposits in the arteries. Garlic contains sulfur and selenium which can help normalize BP. Goldenseal and siberian ginseng can burn up triglycerides in the blood and stabilize bp. And lastly, i learned if the systolic number is too high, it can mean a lack of sodium. Juice up a cup of celery juice and check it again! If the diastolic number is high, it can mean a lack of potassium. Juice up a cup of carrot juice, and recheck! This information and explanation made so much more sense to us. The physicians' suggesstion to go on a low fat diet and take the blood pressure pills was simply out of the question. Best of luck on your quest to get to the bottom of " the cause " of your high blood pressure.
