Where do you purchase these items/ 2. How do you monitor the levels for a consistent flow of hormones? 3. How is she monitoring her adrenal glands? I ask these questions because I have been on thyroid medications for year. I recently switched back to Armour and have not yet been able to find the correct dosage.
