Guest guest
we like to check out ethnic grocery stores for odd things - ie yesterday I got fenugreek leaves to try. things I may be able to grow if we like. such as mosts folks don't know sweet potato leaves are a poor mans spinach in other parts of the world... we were smelling teas and the Mecca tea smelled good. the store owner warned us that was not regular tea and don't treat it as such. it was for cleaning out the intestines and some woman use it for weight loss..... sounds good to me. treat it like tea and live in the bathroom a few days. steep perhaps 5 leaves in a cup and drink that in the evening - good for an overnight cleanout. so - my question is - anyone know anything about this Mecca stuff? thanks lucile
Guest guest
Hi Lucile, Are these the senna mecca leaves? I do know that they are used for constipation in the tea form. Hope this is useful!
