Guest guest
You will have to set the boundaries for your MT practice or they will take advantage of you. As long as you have the boundaries set between your duties as a Chiropractic Asst and MT you shouldn't have any problems. When a situation arises then bring it to their attention so that it can be resolved to both of you satisfactorily. Good Luck! Thanks for the info! I think it would be a better idea to as for a split. I also do CA work and get paid hourly. I don't want it to get too confusing, but it seems like it starting to get that way. I also think its a good idea to limit when i'm working as a LMT and a CA. It would be a great way to re-start my practice. I just want to make sure I do it right, I have a feeling once we start the process it will be hard to change pricing and wages. I'm nationally certified and certified in medical massage, injury specific, neuromusculat, lymph, CORE myofascial, ect. I know that I am qualified i just don't want to get screwed. If it doesn't work out for me I will be quiting 2 jobs instead of just one. Oh, and the rates here are $45 for 30minutes and $65 for 60minutes. That is the lower rates. Plus i can't get gratuity because its medical treatment, eventhough we are out-of-network and insurance usually doesn't pay for massage. .. _______________ Send e-mail faster without improving your typing skills. http://windowslive.com/online/hotmail?ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WL_hotmail_acq_speed_122008
