Please accept my hearty Radhasoami. I pray that we all be

 

well and do good. 

 

1] for relieving high blood pressure without medication or with

 

minimum medication; you should reduce salt in-take in all your food

 

items. Your medical-health-practitioner guide you about how much

 

should-be reduced and how to reduce and also make a schedule a

 

regular Blood-Pressure monitoring to adjust the dose of medicines

 

from-time-to-time.

 

2] Avoid stimulants in your diet: viz tea, coffee, cocoa, chocolates,

 

black colored aerated waters; alcohol, tobacco, etc.

 

3] Regular light exercise like walking, swimming should-be done at-

 

least twice-a-week. Please consult your medical-health-practitioner

 

about how much exercise and which exercise is best for you.

 

4] Avoid seeing movies and other TeleVision Programs that increase

 

your blood-pressure; e.g. violence, sex, etc.

 

5] Egg, According-To-My-Pendulum-Dowsing, AND ACCORDING-TO

 

my understanding, is a non-vegetarian food-product. The truth is that

 

each-every life-form survives by eating some other life-form. So-that

 

even the vegetables are life-forms and eating them destroys their

 

vital-force. How-ever humans are a superior life-form and Therefore if

 

we eat vegetables and other agro-products, it's permitted because in

 

eating agro-products we are killing the lowest life-form in The-

 

Creation. Recently the eggs are produced in the poultry-farm, where

 

the chickens are said to-be laying eggs which can-not-be incubated

 

viz it will never hatch a chick.

 

Be it so, even then these eggs have the same-similar toxic effects

 

upon the Human body and mind, so they are best avoided.

Shall I eat egg??. Is it a veg or non-veg? Because When I about to eat the

egg I feel guilty.
