vinegar, sometimes the PH gets a little off and causes an odor. You can spray

vinegar directly onto the skin and even a little on the inside, also you can

bathe in it. I hope this helps. Plus drink tons of water to flush and poss

consider a detox method.

Good luck, I have personally done this it can help.

Thanks

Jess

Firstly       - have you been examined by doctor to establish

that you do not have a sexually transmitted disease---, i don't wish to sound

negative- but you   should get examined even if YOU TRUST  your partner---it

could be  trush- which can  give a nasty odor and could be  a dietry

symptom,   thrush  can be treated with a couple of  tablets  bought over

the  counter, however    if you are under stress it can keep reappearing

and  diet is  one way  to help  eliminate  the  problem--you will have

to  stay off sugar  TOTALLY for 3 months, use treatment and   douche with

yogurt ( this will also help with itch)- since you did not mention this  i will

presume it is another problem---vaginal  hygiene  or week bladder will also

cause  such  problems- i think  hormones can cause  an odor as well.

obviously washing  propperly is  important--making sure not to get soap

inside-use unbleached or  un

coloured  toilet  paper---never wear  nylon undies , or trousers, only

cotton as they allow your  skin to  breathe  and sweat less-all helping,

nylon also  holds odor even after washing and won't help, i am against  talcum

powders,  however if you ask at the  pharmacy  you may find one  that will

help, i think  if you are having a  week bladder problem then use   panty

liners for such a problem, they should have a  deodorant built in to the

liners. You didn't mention  your age  which could  be a factor,   I would

advise seeing a specailist as  there may be a  health issue  that  would

cause such a thing, eg something in the womb, if unattended could be

cancerous , it is allways best to know  what you DON " T have so as to be able

to tackle the problem without causing   further health problems------ also

buy a vaginal douche----don't use  it too often as you will need  natural

secretions to  lubricate and to

keep a balance, -i am allways  amazed  at  how many women don't use a

douche  occassionally, in europe every bathroom has a bid " e  for men and

women to  attend to  genital  hygiene, yet in   some so called civilized

countrys they laugh at such practices- a personal douche is   a home  unit

which  can go  away with you on weekends so  get one-if you have  this

problem - it will help and don  " t forget to attend to it's hygiene by washing

it  and allowing it to  drain and dry to prevent  the  rubber perishing. You

can put  a little  yougurt in  your douche  water   once per week to help

balance  and soothe-but rinse douche out well  or you will encourage  mould

growing. I hope  this  advise  helps.

When I was pregnant (the second time w/ twins) I found that my normal odor

was different.

My suggestion would be to look into possible hormonal imbalances.

Cut out too much sugar and too many carbs. Try to cut it out all together and

see if you notice a difference. You can have a little bit every now and then but

it all depends on your tolerance. I know because a family member has the same

issue. Once she stopped the sweets every thing was fine.I actually cut her

sweets because she was a bit over weight and I do not allow them any way but I

had to police her.Next thing I knew was the smell that had plagued her for so

long suddenly went away.I hope this works for you. Please let me know.

It's very probably that you have an infection. The best is to see your doctor

and have a test.

Knowing the cause of the problem leads to the solution.
