Guest guest
This is important information if you or anyone you know is experiencing post-menopausal bleeding. Shared with permission from my client. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I recently did a Personal Consultation for a woman that was bleeding after menopause. She had been to an MD and had an ultrasound that showed endometrial thickening. A biopsy had been recommended but she refused it, determined to take a natural approach. Because bleeding after menopause is cause for concern, I encouraged her to follow through with the endometrial biospy as a precaution. It came back abnormal, but not cancerous. Next, they wanted to biopsy following a D & C. Again, she resisted. Again, I encouraged. The D & C results showed cancer. A hysterectomy has been recommended by her MD. She remains very hesitant and wants to take an alternative path but admits she doesn't have the strength and/or financial resources to do so. She's seeing an Oncologist and our next step is to prepare her body for surgery and a speedy recovery. Remember, you reach menopause when a full 12 months have passed without a cycle. Please, if you begin bleeding after menopause, see your doctor. Michelle http://www.HolisticMenopause.com
