Guest guest
Are you tired of hearing new fitness and weight loss information, only to have it contradicted by newer information that you learn some time later? Do you want to maintain or improve your level of fitness? Or do you want to lose weight and become physically fit? If you answered " yes " to any of these questions, I'd like to talk to you. My name is Bo, and I'm a medical doctor. Personally, I am tired of all the contradictory information. So what, you ask? Well, let me explain. You see, I've always had a strong interest in the areas of fitness and weight loss. Prior to becoming a medical doctor, I was a personal fitness trainer and a nutritional expert. When I entered the medical profession, I had hopes and expectations of learning much more about fitness and weight loss, and not just those areas specifically related to Western Medicine. Unfortunately, as it turned out, my medical training taught me very little about these important topics. However, I would not be deterred. Because of my high level of interest, I took it upon myself to learn as much as possible on my own about any aspect of fitness and weight loss that I could find. I spent literally thousands of hours read books, attended lectures and seminars, and interviewing various gurus. I learned information on nutrition, as well as on various products, training systems, and technologies. It was both exciting and challenging. While learning about each technology, method, product, or theory, I would evaluate each aspect through the lens of my experiences as a nutritional expert, a former personal fitness trainer, and as a progressive medical doctor. As a result of my rigorous, comprehensive, ongoing research, I have created an enormous database that is updated on a monthly basis. My question to you is this: would you like to receive this information? Currently, I am in the process of creating a website that will enable users to access this database, as well as receive updates on a monthly basis. As you may know, in order to receive benefits from continued exercise, your routine needs to be altered regularly. So, in addition to the updates, users will receive new exercise routines every few weeks. For those of you who are interested, please send an email to me at AskDocBo containing your name, email, and mailing address, and I will send details on how to access the database, as well as my free CD entitled " The Truth Behind Cardiovascular Exercise: Does it Really Matter if You Exercise for 10 Minutes or 60 Minutes? " Happy living! Bo Headlam, MD Aka Doc Bo, the MD Fitness Guru p.s. If you are interested in enjoying your Thanksgiving meal this week, but don't want to pack on weight, make sure you have a serving of soluble fiber (such as that found in Fiber-sure or Garden of Life's Super Seed) mixed in 8-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes prior to your meal.
