Hi.I want to ask your advice on treating high blood pressure naturally. This

week my mum told me that she was worried about her high blood pressure levels

and is considering going on medication. I want her to avoid this at all costs

but to achieve this I need to be able to give her all the advice I can on

bringing it down naturally. Can anyone help?

Many thank.

Kirsty

Kirsty:

There have been several studies that suggest that eating 4 stalks of

celery per day can significantly lower blood pressure.
