Hi, I am kinda new to the group (read often but dont post much) and I

need some help. My grandmother would like to use a natural topical

ointment of some sort to help relieve her muscle/joint pain. The muscle

is a muscle strain in the pelvis and the joint pains are rheumatoid

arthritis related, mostly in the back and legs. Please anyone feel free

to let me know. I have heard Arnica is good, but it also is said to

raise blood pressure, which would not be best for her.... please let me

know what you can come up with :)

Michelle,

Arnica Montana 30c, Rhus Tox 30c, and Traumeel will have your Grandmother

doing handsprings in no time. Seriously, I am a huge supporter of these

products and have never experienced elevated blood pressure from their use.

Do you have any documented information to back up this claim? I would love

to read about this.

Another suggestion for the arthritis is Zeel, produced by the same company

(Heel) that makes Traumeel.

Abundant Blessings,

Cynthia

Tryptophan creme from The Compounder Pharmacy in Illinois is good;

there are so many; I will post any if I see any; Asprin cremes can be

good if not allergic; forget the Arnica; not good; Green Lipped Mussel

extract tablets can be taken wiht Omegas oils like fish flax or borage;-

Michelle,

I've found a good therapeutic grade essential oil does wonders for

both pains. Wintergreen essential oil does very well with muscular

pain as well as arthritis. I have a friend who has had great success

using clove essential oil on her rheumatoid arthritis.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

HI Rita; thanks for the testimonial about Omegas 3 6 9 helping RA; I

would caution you about stopping them; continue at a lower dose;

I could look up info on Omega 3 6 9 food sources and post; thank u; A.
