Guest guest
Hi, Has anyone tried/experienced the Raw Milk Cure (which is also known as the Raw Milk diet)? I get delicious raw milk and if I had some feedback from others that this actually can balance oneself - then I'd force myself through it. I've tried it a bit, but find that I do like chewing food.but I'm at such a loss with how I feel - that I think if I had some steadfast results from others, that I could convince myself that a week or two would be worth it. Thoughts?
Guest guest
I think raw milk is wonderful but I personally would not follow any diet that required only ONE food! I have not heard of the diet, but it would go against my better judgement if it suggested you fast exept for the raw milk. If you want to do a cleansing of sorts, why not try some nice herbal teas for " detoxing " and drink plenty of water along with it and use the raw milk as well as some nutritious alkalizing whole foods? Just my opinion. Connie Connie Young, LMT www.LostRiverNaturals.com Organic Goodness for the Whole Family!
