YES - 2 great lines of treatment - Does anyone know any natural treatments for acne

One line is 'Mario Badescu skin care est. 1967' you can get this line at

Nordstrum and on line, it is about $15.00 a 8 oz bottle. Their number is -

212-223-3728 or 800-badescu, use the 'kreatoplast cleanser and toner or

cleansing lotion' reduces red and balances skin.

 

The other line is 'Dr. Hauschka' available at Whole Foods and online. It is made

in Germany and really works, with time. Use the Almond paste (in a tube)

cleanser, you just pat it on and wash it off, then use the spray skin toner -

you can also use the rose lotion treatment (in a tube). The treatment you can

get in a box, it contains everything you need and is cheaper that way. It is

called Everyday Use or Treatment.

 

I had struggled - STRUGGLED with skin challenges. I started going to Michel

groups and sessions, here there is a MichelMesages group, and one thing he

taught me was diet, diet, diet, and stress, stress, stress.... these two things

are key performers in acne.

 

I started to turn my diet to a more alkaline diet, and not so much acid. I cut

out most sugars and dairy, and used Dr. Hauschka, then recently changed over to

Mario Badescu (which is A LOT less expensive) and my skin is break out FREE.

 

Remember, what is IN us come out or appears on the outside - this is why diet

and stress management are so important. Some say diet does not really influence

acne, well, that is just silly, because it does. Diet effects our WHOLE body.

And so does stress.

 

But with these products I think you will begin to feel better about your skin.

Make sure you use a cleanser that does not dry the skin to much.. I

 

make my own toner that is half witchhazel and half apple cider vinegar

 

with a few drops of tea tree and lavender essential oils. If thats too

 

strong I water it down little by little.

 

 

 

Also, acne can be caused by digestive disorders.
