Linda,

Have you thought about the food your eating? I started have serious issues with

gas

and I turned out to be Celiac, allergic to cow's milk, fructose intolerent & had

candida. Try to pay attention to what you eat and when the gas starts.

There are many reasons, you should try to eliminate the cause first, before

treatment.

I seem to be having some gastric issues and having problems with gas. I wonder

if anyone has any natural remedies I might try.

Thanks so much.

Gas can be caused by many things: constipation, indigestion, poor intestinal

flora, too much fiber, inadequate food combination, etc. We don't know what you

eat, or if you have any other problems.

In the meantime until you tell us more you can try chamomile, anise and

peppermint infusions.
