Guest guest
Recently I heard this channel, Michel, the man who channels him is David Reid Lowell and it was a enlightening experience. This is one excerpt from that night - On learning to get beyond your own ego You need to know yourself and the type of mud you've been grown in. Think of this, most flowers need good muck to fertilize them so they bloom. The lotus grows in mud, the rose grows in bone meal and fertilizer, even good crops are dependent on, how shall we put this, cow manure or horse manure, that is aged and cured so it does not burn the roots of the plants. Ah, yes, only then do the flowers bloom their brightest and the crops give forth their bounty. So, what type of muck have you been grown in? Knowing this allows you to know yourself and embrace your own true beauty. Witness your own feelings and behavior, do not live in them. The best learning you can do is to learn from what you do and that is done by objectively witnessing your own actions. This is a lot to take in. You may read this one sentence, but if you get this one sentence, then you will have gotten the point of – living well. Yes, this is a simple but highly charged and challenging means to understanding yourself and getting past your own ego. Guest guest
So true - taken to the next step, we have to realize that healing and especially any ALTERNATIVE answer to wellness has to begin with how we live and how we think - of ourselves and others. Great posting. --- On Sun, 11/9/08, lorijaspers <lorijaspers wrote: lorijaspers <lorijaspers Getting beyond yourself and your own ego - this is truly insightful Sunday, November 9, 2008, 2:07 PM Recently I heard this channel, Michel, the man who channels him is David Reid Lowell and it was a enlightening experience.
