Recipe: Home Made Kefir

 

Kefir is quite simple. The best way to start is by obtaining some live

grains. I found some through the internet. They look like cauliflower

heads. All you do is set some milk preferably raw, out to warm a little

maybe 2 hours and then plop the grains in. It takes about 48 hours.

Remove the grains and drink or refrigerate up to 14 days. Start another

batch.
