Guest guest Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 Recipe: Home Made Kefir Kefir is quite simple. The best way to start is by obtaining some live grains. I found some through the internet. They look like cauliflower heads. All you do is set some milk preferably raw, out to warm a little maybe 2 hours and then plop the grains in.
