Guest guest
Thanks for the replies. I should probably clarify things. I'm high-functioning, and I'm not taking any medications. If I could meet the members here face to face, you wouldn't know I'd ever been injured. My sense is that the more recent problems I've had are partly because my energies aren't balanced (and I really don't know what to do about that). I think there's also a good deal of trauma/psychological/emotional stuff contributing to the mix. Again, I'm not sure what tools to use or how best to bring harmony to the situation. Thanks again. Guest guest
Tom, To balance your energies and to unblock emotional issues I would recommend visiting a Reiki Master and/or an individual experienced in Soma Energies - tuning forks. Blocked energies and emotional problems will manifest themselves with issues in the tissues. Remember, thoughts become things! Guest guest
Reiki is one of the energetic therapies to which I responded quite badly. It's just too intense for me, and I'm still searching for some king of gentler energetic option that would help to gradually bring my energies back into harmony. , " Cynthia " <sinsayre wrote: > > > Tom, > > To balance your energies and to unblock emotional issues I would recommend > visiting a Reiki Master and/or an individual experienced in Soma Energies - > tuning forks. > > Blocked energies and emotional problems will manifest themselves with issues > in the tissues. Guest guest
Tom, With all healing energies it becomes necessary for the body to detox. You may feel poorly before feeling better, it's the body cleansing and balancing itself after a session. Perhaps preparing yourself with knowledge about the healing modalities you choose will be most helpful. With healing energies as well as alternative treatments, there is no " immediate " cure but with patience, practice and belief, the body will heal itself. Guest guest
Here is my 2 cents for whatever it is worth. Reiki is one of the gentlest methods same with crystals. For you those are basicly out. Other methods that you can try is prayer. That is usually compatable with anyone. For bodywork there are 3 chiropractic methods to try 1 is called DNFT or direct non force technique. It is very effective and very little touching is involved. The 2nd is called B.E.S.T. this one deals with emotions built up in the human body by connecting two points by the practioner touching you the third is called Network that is where you do something called the wave do not know much about it. On any suggestion made by me or anyone else research that subject and take ownership of your situation. One the practisioner watch them see what they do, try to feel the energy in the room while they work on someone and perhaps that will help make up your mind if they can help you before anything nasty happens. If you want to work it out on your own try Yoga, Ti Chi, or Quoi Gong any of these may help in the long run to balance you out. But go at your own speed do not let people push you faster then you know you should, and go slowly to balance your own energy. My next idea is to try a Chiropractic Neurologist. They may be able to pin down what is happening in the brain and give ideas on how to balance the mind energy out for you. The only other way I can suggest to balance yourself is to go Herbal. For that you will want to go to someone that is a Master that has been doing it for a while and that may have worked with stroke victims in the past. Usually a TCM can do this. That is all I can think of for directions to try. If anyone else knows more on these things or others feel free to comment. DP
