What makes you a sinner or saint? What makes you a good person or a

bad person? The answer to this is simple. There are basically accepted

thoughts or conventional views on behaviors that let you know which

you are – or have a tendency to lean toward.

But, as a whole, we would say you are BOTH. Being emotionally charged

beings, and being young in your developmental history you have a

tendency to let your emotions and feelings rule you, especially in

areas of the heart, or where you would become fearful and feel threatened.

Learn from how you feel. When you act a certain way, you will have

specific feelings that go along with those actions. You can feel it -

you know what we are talking about. Feel your way through situations

and if it doesn't feel good, or better yet, RIGHT, then don't do it.

Just step aside.

When you feel fearful or threatened it is because you are feeling

insecure or unsure with your position or relationship with another, or

where you work, or how you live. You are not balanced. This also means

that you have AN UNHEALED wound that makes you react, not to your own

best interests at times, because you pulled back into past thinking

that you are going to be let down, hurt, turned-out, feel shameful, or

that you just feel you don't have security.

It is how you recognize these things, return to a center of balance,

and feel safe, that matters. Don't judge yourself, for all humankind,

for each person, is a sinner and saint. Perhaps the midpoint is best,

and that is just to be forgiving of yourself and others, and accept

yourself lovingly for your own flaws.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

When you embrace yourself, it is easier to embrace others.
