Guest guest
Hi all I have a 9 1/2 mos old baby and I would like to know if anyone knows of a good substitute for cow's milk. I would like to give her organic goats milk (not raw, but boiled and in hot cereal) but havent been able to find it; I do see non-organic goats milk in stores though... I was hoping to give her organic goat youghurt too but can't find it. Would truly love to avoid soy and cow's milk (even if organic). I have read/heard so many controversies about organic cow's milk how it contains hormones and so on even when claiming organic..... I still breastfeed (morning and eve) but I don't think she's getting enough vit A, D. I have found organic goat milk powdered (in Europe) so I make her cereal with it or I mix it with rice milk.... I'm running out of the powdered milk so not sure what to make her cereal with now. thanks a lot Ann
Guest guest
I can send you a recipe for organic oatmeal milk you can do yourself. I used a lot on second son because I had to stop nursing pretty early. Vit. A & D from milk do not really absorb anyway and are not in balance, so we can discuss that as well Liz , NaturallyMe <anradmand wrote: > > > Hi all > > I have a 9 1/2 mos old baby and I would like to know if anyone knows of a good substitute for cow's milk.
