Guest guest
EQUILIBRIUM in your life is of utmost importance in maintaining spiritual harmony. It is being dead center in who you are, recognizing wrongs and rights. This is the opposition of opposing forces being equal in strength - rest in motion. For you be the most you can be you need to experience both good and bad, and at times even act in good ways, and perhaps not such good ways. By learning through the feels that some with each you learn to compare the differing sensations, so you can determine which feels better to you. This process of feeling keeps you in equilibrium. Often you may think that all your life is, well, is just, a mistake. That nothing good happens to you. But in fact that is because you have gotten out of equilibrium by not taking control of your spiritual wellness and recognizing the blessing you have. Life, yes, life, is about those simple moments when you just breathe, love, and enjoy your day. Life is about seeing those simple moments as blessings. If you get up each day moaning and groaning, then how the dickens will you ever know any joy? If you start your thought process off like that then where do you think it will lead you? If you gripe about this and that at work, and that people are just angry, rude and awful, then you are out of equilibrium and you need to get rid of whatever unhealed wounds you are carrying within yourself. Usually those types of wounds have to do with your own sense of remorse because you are embarrassed about the things you have done, knowing that you just weren't nice. Now, in saying that, you can only beat yourself up so much, and chase the good decent moments and people, away from your life as long as you can. But in the end, is it really satisfying to feel alone, and not really like who you are? See yourself as a whole being who has done things that were not perhaps the most balanced, forgive yourself, and know that mostly everyone else does these things at one time or another. The difference is, those that you see, that you think have it easy, or are spoiled, or are simply more happy than you - are, because, they may be more satisfied enjoying the simple daily tasks of life. Find your center, find a place of balance, of self-tolerance and equilibrium and learn to feel good by enjoying the day rightfully from its start. Be happy within the daily routines of your life. When someone or something happens that makes your react, remember that is the chance you have to realize, it is about how you want to be at that moment that matters.
